Slate Bar & Restaurant is Melbourne Sustainability Drink's venue of choice due to their deep level of commitment to Sustainability through their sourcing of local produce and extensive waste recycling program.

Slate Bar & Restaurant is located in the CGU complex which has been awarded a Five star green rating by the Green Building Council of Australia.
